Primrose Cottage has been lovingly renovated and sleeps four guests in two bedrooms; a master bedroom with a king sized bed, and a smaller room with a double bed. There is fresh new bedding in both bedrooms, with inviting and comfortable beds for a restorative sleep.
Wi-Fi and a landline is available but there is no mobile network connection in the entire valley, so enabling Wi-Fi calling on your mobile is a must. Otherwise, to get a mobile signal one has to climb to the top of the hill!
There is a wood burner in the living room, as well as central heating throughout the cottage. The living room has a TV and DVD player with a small selection of DVDs. The TV has Chromecast to allow you to cast your own channels onto the screen.
One well behaved dog per stay is welcome, but we ask that dogs do not go on the furniture nor upstairs, and there is a small cleaning charge.
The brand new kitchen-diner is fully kitted out so you should not need to being anything other than your food and drink. It features an electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a fridge / freezer to allow for a fully self sufficient stay if so desired. The dining area has a small wine fridge to keep your drink of choice at an optimal temperature.
The shower-room has a spacious walk-in shower, storage, and lovely fluffy towels.
In the small garden at the front of the house there is ample seating to enjoy the summer days listening to the East Lyn river, bird watching and casual chatting to walkers on the path.
